The purpose of our cooperative: Cooperative partners to contribute to the development of commercial activities, improve their export, in the region and nearby OSB meet the needs of fairs and Marketing, to contribute to Turkey's Economy, Employment provide and to contribute to the region's socio-cultural development "Anatolian Trade Valley" project has been developed. The project will be carried out on 1250 acres of land between Pelitli and Mollafenari villages.

The zoning plans of the project have been approved by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and Gebze Municipality. Land purchases are continuing from TOKI and individuals.

A construction site office has been established in the project area and construction will start soon.

Our Cooperative continues to work with great devotion and enthusiasm in order to realize the Anatolian Trade Valley Project, which will provide competitive advantage to its participants and set an exemplary model with the vision of ve Smart Valley  with its International Standards, Design and Technological infrastructure.
