Marble is one of the most important underground riches of our country. extracting this underground wealth, turning it into a value, processing it like a jewel and making it a part of our lives,From the quarryman, the fabricator, the atelier, until the application of this sector, to our esteemed friends who are devoted. We have started a new project by working with Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, Gebze Municipality and non-governmental organizations. We have started our Anadolu Trade Valley Complex Project, which we will bring to our country with our Marble Exchange, International Gebze Fairground and Congress Center, Living Areas and many functions that we have established for a long time.

With Anadolu Trade Valley, all marble companies operating in our country will have a multi-faceted structure where they can come together, market their products, provide training for the profession and host a permanent fairground. In this way, the first marble exchange in our country will be implemented.

 

This complex will not only create a new space for the companies operating in the marble sector. It is located just next to the Anatolian side of Istanbul, the historical, cultural, artistic and financial brand of our country, which is an international power. The Anadolu Trade Valley project, which will be visited by 1,000,000 people annually, will provide direct and indirect employment opportunities to 25,000 people, will contribute to our economy of TL 8-10 billion annually.

 

In our project, 150.000 m2 closed and 150.000 m2 open international fair area, 150.000 m2 usage area on a total area of 1250 m2 15000 m2 area of various sizes, promotion, exhibition areas, commercial centers, management centers, R & D building, laboratories, educational cultural facilities , day facilities, health areas, shopping center, religious facility complexes with the main functions of an attraction center is offered to all sectors. The project location is perfectly located 20 km to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, 12 km to high speed train stations, 12 km to ports, 25 km to Marina districts such as Tuzla Pendik and has a Gebze metro system stop to be connected to the Istanbul metro network. It is possible to reach the most important industrial cities and 104 organized industrial zones of our country in 2.5 hours by road. This transportation can reach 55% gross national product of our country; It reveals the value of our project that will be offered to 600 billion TL financial and 25 million people.
